Terms & Conditions
Below are the Terms and Conditions regarding vehicles purchased through Smart Autos Ltd.
Payments
Your contract for the purchase of your vehicle is with Smart Autos Ltd and payment of deposit and final balance will be made direct to them. Full payment will be required before taking delivery of the vehicle unless decided between both parties.
Delivery
All delivery arrangements must be agreed between both parties. We do not accept any liability in the event that any vehicle is not delivered in accordance with any delivery arrangements you have agreed with us.
Procedures
We are direct importers and can source your perfect vehicle if requested. If we purchase a special order on your behalf, we will require a minimum of 25% deposit in advance. Whilst we shall endeavour to accurately reflect your wishes within the vehicle order form, it is your responsibility to ensure that any contract documentation that you sign is accurate and that you have read any terms and conditions that may be applicable to your purchase.
Data Protection
We believe in Data Protection and any personal information relating to the purchase of your vehicle and/or finance arrangements will not be passed on to third parties.
Liabilities
We do not accept responsibility for: Any faults or defects in the vehicle supplied after taking delivery. Any loss or damage suffered after taking delivery of the vehicle. Whilst we take every effort to give the most competitive price we cannot guarantee that the prices quoted by us are the lowest available.
Statutory Rights
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights to purchase goods that comply with their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose.
